Manual, V8, Cayenne. Need I say more?
2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale (Exposed Red Carbon)
Mileage: 13,106
Price: $329,000
VIN: ZFFDT57B000138972
Link: Ferrari Silicon Valley
This Ferrari comes with a bit of a history lesson. In 1964 Enzo Ferrari was looking for a bodywork specialist worthy of repairing his beloved cars. In comes Umberto Zanasi, founder of Carrozzeria Zanasi. The two make a deal, and Zanasi becomes the de facto body shop for all Ferrari factory work. Eventually Carrozzeria Zanasi starts producing special one-off body work for high value Ferrari customers. That brings us to this very special 360 Challenge Stradale featuring a full exposed carbon body in red that was completed by the Zanasi Group. The car is a Euro spec example and its sole owner went through the process of federalizing it for use in the United States. This would be a great pair with the Scuderia 16M we featured a couple of weeks back, and if not for this being a Euro spec, I would have guessed they came out of the same collection.
2008 Ferrari F430 Spider (Gated)
Mileage: 11,000
Price: Auction Ending Friday June 12, 2020
VIN: ZFFEW59A180162682
Link: Bring a Trailer
I ❤️gated F430s! This late model car is very heavily optioned with loads of carbon fiber; the only alterations from new appear to be a capristo exhaust and Scuderia wheels. I would expect this car to bring close to $200k under normal circumstances but the current world climate may curb that price. I’ll be keeping a close eye as the auction closes Friday - this car should provide an exciting finish!
2005 Porsche Carrera GT (PTS Arancio Borealis Metallic)
Mileage: 269
Price: Price on Request
VIN: WP0CA29895L001510
Link: Copley Motorcars
You may want to grab a bib because these next two are sure to make you drool 🤤… I would love to meet the hero who walked into a Porsche dealership in the early 00’s and told a Porsche GM that he wanted his Carrera GT painted in a Lamborghini shade of orange. That individual must have a great sense of humor 🤣. Currently there is no price listed publicly, but this car just sold at RM Sotheby's in August 2019 for almost $1.2M, so that should give you a ballpark. It only shows 4 miles added since that auction, which shows some top notch self-control on the current owner. If this were in my garage, I’d never stop driving it.
2007 Lamborghini Murcielago (Gated LP640)
Mileage: 14,788
Price: Accepting Offers
VIN: ZHWBU47M28LA03015
Link: Cats Exotics
A gated LP640 is a grail car for Lamborghini collectors. Short of a gated SV this is the pinnacle of the Murcielago and possibly preferable for some without the in-your-face graphics and massive wing. This car is currently being offered through Cats Exotics with a “make me sell it” price tag. If you have to ask what that means, you can’t afford it. According to Ed Bolian, Roy Cats was also the last to sell this car. It’s like he has a thing for Lamborghinis or something...
